In other words, the organization is a forum for the operationalization of management because it contains a number of elements that make up management activities, namely elements of humans, goods, machines, methods and other materials. In terms of management, there are three different views, firstly meaning administration is broader than management, secondly seeing management more broadly and thirdly believing that management and administration have similarities.
